What an amazing stay! Such an accommodating hostess. Fresh towels, clean rooms and comfy beds. The beds aren’t as big as they could be and I’m having a bit of trouble with medical disabilities getting comfy. But the staff are absolutely lovely, and available for any recommendations around the area that you may have. So many tourist maps and so much information! Highly encourage to speak to the staff about local gems in Brick Lane. Location is worth more than pricing.
Excellent budget friendly hotel,clean and nice,friendly staff and located near many attractions. It was really hot when we stayed,and we were given air-conditioning remote free of charge.
It's a budget hotel with 3 floors. Narrow stairs. No lift. So travel light. Few rooms in 3rd floor got exclusive sit out. Decent continental breakfast is served at basement between 7.00 to 9.00 am. Accessable from tube Bethel Green. Polite staff. Good occupancy. Near by take aways and snack shops. Little old fashion. Still getting renovated while my stay. Bathing cubes are very small.
Not mind blowing for the price, the toilet is in the shower.. The room was tiny as was the "double" bed- it was 2/3 the size of the double bed at the last hotel in the UK we stayed at. It was clean and staff was very nice. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations for staying in London.. But my hotel in New York city was exponentially larger and similarly priced
There's everything you expect at 3-stars hotel. Nice staff, comfortable beds, excellent access to public transport to Central London. Small room just to take shower and rest after exploring London. Good but not excellent breakfast. Some parts of the room (handle, toilet seat) broken. I recommend for low cost stay.
Great hotel very clean staff very helpful and understanding cannot fault this hotel bon on reception a beautiful lady Maria my favourite girl their is one more I dont no her name she is excellent at what she dose I cant thank them enough for their help and support and kindness
Staff were really friendly and made checking in and out very easy. The room had everything you'd want, from towles, schampoo, kettle with tea and coffee , full mirror, hairdryer etc. The room was a bit small but spacious enought to fit two people and all of our things, with a small storage space for clothes and items. The room was a bit dated but clean and fully functional. The bed was comfortable and good enough for a one night stay. The bathroom was newly renovated and very modern and clean. Overall pretty good for the cheap price. Narrow staircase and no lift. Facilities felt a bit run down and dated, but fine for staying just a night.
We (family of 5) had an excellent stay during easter. We stayed 4 nights in a room in the basement (no window), bathroom included (nice shower). Good beds, shelfs for putting clothes/things, several sockets (usb and normal) water boiler and tea/coffee in the room, - cups, plates, cutlery, fridge, microwave in shared kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming staff, asking about our day, and answering our questions. We even had a lady singing birthday song for our son, and she came with a birthday surprise for him when we arrived back after a long day in London. Nice walk to the underground, 6 min from the hotel, with easy access to central London. Groceries, cafes, e.g. good breakfast at "The full monty", excellent italian coffee at Quarantacinque, a tiny park ...We would love to come back!
